By accessing or using Sentinel AI's website, portal, or services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
Sentinel AI provides AI-powered website design, development, deployment, and ongoing management services. This includes:
Services are provided on a monthly or annual subscription basis. All prices are in USD and charged automatically on your billing date. Plans include:
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
All source code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), design assets, and content generated for your project belong to you. While your subscription is active, your site is hosted and managed through our platform. Upon cancellation, you may request a full export of your site's source code and assets to host elsewhere.
You grant Sentinel AI the right to showcase your project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you opt out in writing.
Sentinel AI retains ownership of its proprietary tools, AI models, component libraries, and deployment infrastructure.
We aim to deliver your initial site within 24 hours of receiving your completed intelligence briefing. Delivery timelines may vary based on project complexity and queue volume. Your initial build includes a review period where you can request adjustments before going live.
Content updates — text changes, image swaps, product updates — are included in your subscription at no extra cost through the portal editor. Design changes — layout modifications, new sections, visual redesigns — are available as paid revisions:
Your site is hosted on Cloudflare's global edge network (275+ locations) as part of your subscription. This includes SSL certificates, CDN caching, and DDoS protection. We manage all hosting infrastructure on your behalf. If we ever discontinue hosting services, we will provide 90 days written notice and assist with code export and migration.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your site remains live through the end of your current billing period. After cancellation:
For initial builds, we offer a full refund within 14 days of delivery if you are not satisfied after revisions. Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
You agree not to use our Services to create, host, or distribute websites containing: illegal content, malware, phishing schemes, hate speech, content infringing on third-party intellectual property, or any material that violates applicable laws.
Sentinel lets you connect external platforms — Google Business Profile, Yelp, Facebook — to centralize your online presence inside the dashboard. By connecting a platform you authorize Sentinel to access the data those platforms make available about businesses you control, solely for the purpose of displaying that data inside your Sentinel dashboard.
Sentinel AI's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by Cloudflare, third-party services, or events beyond our reasonable control.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
